Developer Brighouse Homes boasts that the newly built property of the former Manchester United star as a “luxury estate of distinction”. Once known as Mount Pleasant Farm, the country estate, located within the ‘Golden Triangle’ in the village of Ollerton, has been renamed the High Lake Manor.
The six bedroom mansion has an indoor swimming pool and underground spa, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking out onto the landscaped gardens, it also has a swimming pool, steam room and a hot tub, a wine cellar, horse stables and home cinema for Wayne and wife Coleen Rooney and family to relax.

The Lavish mansion also has a whiskey and cigar room, Wayne Rooney also installed a snooker room. It also has a study and library room perfect for keeping Rooney’s three autobiographies.
The Cheshire Mansion has a garden that has a patio area running across the back of the house, with an outdoor dining area and gas heaters are perfect for entertaining the Rooney family and friends.

The surrounding villages in Cheshire are popular with players from Manchester City and Manchester United, including Raheem Sterling, John Stones and Kyle Walker, Harry Maguire, Marcus Rashford, and Luke Shaw, as well as Liverpool and Everton players Jordan Pickford and Jordan Henderson.
The area, known as Cheshire’s Golden Triangle, was also formally home to David and Victoria Beckham, Rio Ferdinand and Cristiano Ronaldo.
